A house with a special history.
Chalet Kerber is a traditional house with a special history: It was the first apartment building in Lech am Arlberg.
Susanna Kerber's father built the house in 1960. Initially, his bespoke tailor shop was located there, known for the famous Kerber ski pants. After a visit to Switzerland, he brought an idea back to Arlberg: renting apartments to holidaymakers. This is how the name CHALET Kerber came about, which has been operated as an apartment building since 1971.
Since 1999, his daughter, Susanna Kerber, has been managing the house, still actively supported by her mother. They aim to offer their guests 'a holiday for body, mind, and soul' and pay attention to every detail. The holiday begins with a small welcome gift. We are a non-smoking house. However, we do have a dedicated smoking room, which is heated in winter.
