The chalet is located next to the “Schlosskopf” lift in the heart of the resort.

We are easy to find – even without a GPS navigation system. Our house is next to Intersport ski rental and Hagen’s butcher.

Out and about in Lech:

During your holiday, you can use the local bus for free with your ski pass, which will take you from Lech to Oberlech and Alpe Rauz. The bus stop is right in front of the house.

The Arlberg ski area has been completely interconnected via cable cars and lifts since 2016. You can go directly “over the mountains” to St. Anton (and back to Lech).

Night Taxi James: “James” the public bus will drive you safely through the night for € 4.50 per trip from 7.30 pm until 4 am.

Arrival by car:

You can reach Lech am Arlberg by car on safe winter roads. Please note that winter tyres (and snow chains in the trunk) are part of the necessary equipment for a trip to the Alps. Motorways and highways in Austria are subject to tolls. Stickers showing fees paid (“Vignettes”) can be purchased at petrol stations.

We have a special tip for arrival and departure on Saturdays (high season) to avoid traffic jams:

  • The sections Feldkirch – Lech (West) or Imst – Lech (East) should be reached between 9.30 am and 2 pm.
  • On the return journey, the roads are usually “congested” between 10.30 am and 3 pm.

Watch out: The road from Warth to Lech is closed during the winter months!

Arrival by train:

The nearest train station is Langen am Arlberg. From Langen am Arlberg there are regular bus and taxi connections to Lech.
