- 1 garage space per apartment is included in the price, except for the apartment for 1 person (subject to availability)
- Extra bed €50.
- Dog €20.
- Card payments accepted (EC card, VISA credit card)
- The final cleaning fee is already included in the room rate.
- Pets are allowed (€20 per day). Please inquire in advance, as we consider guests with allergies and cannot accommodate pets in every apartment.
Cancellation policy:
- Up to 3 months before arrival, no cancellation fees apply for direct bookings.
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival day: 40%
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking cost will be charged
- For cancellations from one week to 1 day before arrival, the full remaining balance is due (100%)
- Processing fee for cancellations: €50.
